Is the quality (playability) of the product guaranteed?
Yes. For the products that are used, not factory sealed, we provide the best accurate and detailed description of the condition as we could in our listing. Based on years of our online experience. we have 100% confidence in the playability of our product, but if we're wrong, either a replacement or full and immediate refund is guaranteed. For the new products, factory sealed and not accessible for inspection, we guarantee playability or replacement / refund all the same, once we recover the item and determine it has manufacturer's defect.
Are the items in stock?
yes, they are in stock and ready to ship. as soon as an item is sold, the item gets deleted. however, every now and then, a listed item that was just sold at our physical store gets sold online BEFORE we delete it from the online inventory. also, items can get misplaced in our physical inventory, rendering them practically unavailable. we do our best to minimize such possibilities and respectfully request your generous understanding.
how does the item get graded?
we describe the condition as best as we could at the time of listing.
1) like new or mint means no visible damage.
2) all products are guaranteed to play perfectly, whether or not there is any visible wear / skuf / damage.
3)skuf means superficial damage that doesn't affect playability.
Are the listed items available for in-person pick-up?
