* Our return policies:
1. Please email us first BEFORE returning your purchase.
2. Full immediate refund upon return is guaranteed if and only if the item was sold defective or materially different from our advertisement AND if the item returns postmarked within 10 business days of original delivery and in the same condition that it was sold.
3. For all other returns, refund minus an appropriate amount of deduction for value depreciation and handling / restocking will be issued upon the return of the item.

* Our shipping policies
1. We ship on every business day via USPS first class / priority worldwide.
2. For multiple orders, email us with the list of the items and the shipping address, and we will email you an invoice with the total shipping charge. Or, if you have completed payment for multiple orders going to one shipping address, we will refund the excess shipping charge immediately.
3. In principle, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage in transit. Our experience indicates that our packages, via USPS, reach their destination safe and sound 99.9% of the time, making automatic insurance unjustifiable especially for the items under $99.99. However, upon the buyer's request and at the buyer's expense, unless indicated otherwise in our listing, we will provide insurance if it is available.
